Warranty information

Warranty Policy

This warranty is valid for a period of two years from the date of purchase. During this period, if the product does not function as advertised or is found to be defective, GardPro will repair or replace the product at no additional cost to the customer.

Exclusions

Please note that this warranty does not cover damage caused by:

  • Misuse or improper handling.
  • Water damage.
  • Damage resulting from falls.

*This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.

How to Make a Claim

Documentation: Gather all necessary information, including proof of purchase such as a receipt or invoice.

Contact Support: Reach out to GardPro customer service at gardproaccessories@gmail.com to inform them of the problem. A representative will assist in determining if the product is covered.

Product Return: Follow the instructions provided, which may include returning the product for inspection or repair. Note that the customer is responsible for shipping and handling costs associated with the return.

Resolution: Once verified, GardPro will repair or replace the item. Replaced items will be a new or refurbished product of the same model.
